Director of Constituents Giving - Foundation - Full Time Exempt. Keck Medicine of USC, Hospital, Arcadia, California. The Director reports to the President of the Foundation and is responsible for developing and implementing direct marketing and fundraising strategies for patients, physicians, staff, and other constituencies—aimed at growing the philanthropic base and bolstering the pipeline for increased giving to the Foundation. The Director will qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects capable of making leadership annual gifts ($1,000 to $10,000) to the USC Arcadia Hospital Foundation and build a growing leadership annual giving program. The goal is to retain and increase leadership annual giving donors and to develop the pipeline for major gift programs. Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive marketing and solicitation plan that integrates strategic data segmentation, timely and effective messaging, and deployment across multiple platforms. Implement and execute strategies to identify, engage, and solicit individuals for gifts to support the Foundation, with emphasis on leadership annual giving. Provide discovery work to uncover qualified/disqualified major gift donors, sustain annual donors, and obtain new annual donors of $1,000+. Conduct visits to assess inclination, capacity, and readiness, and determine next steps for follow-up. Manage a portfolio of prospects through an active schedule of solicitation, engagement, and stewardship calls and in-person or virtual visits. Manage multiple solicitations from inception to completion, including writing content, coordinating with designers and project partners, and managing multiple stakeholders. Materials produced may include letter appeals, postcards, newsletters, impact reports, and other printed materials. Collaborate with stakeholders (colleagues, doctors, researchers, volunteer leaders, independent consultants, etc.) to craft language that conveys USC Arcadia Hospital's mission and elicits direct response. In partnership with the Special Events team, plan and coordinate activities focused on the leadership annual giving program. Strategize, document, and plan comprehensive direct mail campaigns; integrate innovations and news across USC Arcadia Hospital. Ensure all materials conform to USC Arcadia Hospital and Keck Medicine of USC standards for visual identity, content, and healthcare compliance; adhere to calendars, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. Analyze donor data for accuracy and integrity to ensure timely acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrading of donors; ensure compliance with donor and data integrity policies. Identify ways to leverage analytic data to segment appeals for more personal messaging in solicitations and communications. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, track progress to goal, and adjust plans as needed based on weekly, monthly, and mid-fiscal year reporting. Develop USC Arcadia Hospital-specific direct mail fundraising programs for annual campaigns (e.g., End of Year, Doctor's Day) in collaboration with colleagues across the Hospital; set goals based on past performance and program momentum. Supervise and manage the Donor Development/Communications Coordinator. Respond to inquiries from donors, constituents, colleagues, parents, and friends about giving opportunities at USC Arcadia Hospital. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

The annual salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $140,000.00.
