General Description Prism Health North Texas seeks a mission-driven and people-focused Community Marketing Manager to lead strategic community marketing and outreach initiatives aimed at increasing patient engagement, promoting health equity, and driving clinic utilization across the Dallas area.
This leadership role bridges grassroots community engagement with high-impact marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to cultivate partnerships, manage campaigns, supervise staff or contractors, and develop hyper-local, community-based growth strategies. This manager will serve as both a strategic lead and a boots-on-the-ground ambassador—executing activations, building trust, and amplifying brand presence at the neighborhood level.
