Program Manager

to own and evolve governance frameworks and processes that ensure sustained success. This role establishes and maintains delivery standards and builds out a repository (or playbook) for onboarding new product lines and regions. The individual will be highly organized, collaborative, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. to ensure successful execution of key initiatives while providing strategic oversight, governance, and cross-functional alignment to drive results. Work Mode : This role follows an onsite work model requiring employees to be in our Maple Grove, MN office at least 5 days per week. Partner and collaborate across functions (e.g., IT, Customer Care), divisions, and regions to align strategy, priorities, and roadmaps Own and evolve the Digital Commerce playbook, governance model, and SOPs for onboarding divisions and regions, enabling global scalability and consistency Develop and manage program-level plans, timelines, budgets, roles/responsibilities, communication plans, and program documentation (newsletters, SharePoint sites, wikis, etc.) Partner with the Project Manager to ensure project execution aligns with program-level goals and governance standards Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure delivery of expected results across strategic programs Provide updates to management and stakeholders on progress through regular and ad hoc communications Develop and deliver program awareness, best practices, and recommendations to management and stakeholders Stay current with industry best practices in program and project management by participating in external organizations, conferences, and seminars Required Qualifications

BS or MS degree in a related discipline 5+ years of relevant experience Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments Demonstrated experience running projects within an agile framework and methodology Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience working in a regulated environment with quality systems, including strong documentation skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment Requisition ID:

197000 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
