Job Description Infineon Technologies has a new position for a Sr Director Marketing in the High Reliability business line focused on the growing Aerospace and Defense market. This role offers an opportunity to release, support, design-in, and define new products across Infineon’s entire power portfolio for the Aerospace and Defense market. The selected candidate will work with a wide array of technologies including Si, GaN, and SiC discrete technologies, Si power IC technologies, ceramic and plastic packages, and multichip modules.

Create and execute 5 year

marketing strategy

and corresponding revenue plan as part of the annual strategic planning process

Develop differentiated

product and application roadmaps

supported by a clearly articulated value proposition

Proactively identify Infineon technologies suited for the

HiRel market

and incorporate them in HiRel’s differentiated product roadmap

Develop and maintain business cases for all key R&D projects (in collaboration with sales, R&D, finance and operations); prioritize R&D projects according to business priorities

Work with sales to develop effective

Go-To-Market (G2M)

plans, specific account penetration plans, and annual targets to meet the 5 year business plan

Organize

competitive intelligence

and deploy marketing strategies based on that intel

Create and maintain key market data including

TAM, SAM , and

SOM

for the business

Develop

pricing strategies

for

new product introduction (NPI)

and existing portfolio to maximize profit and revenue

Develop training material and collateral that facilitate the design-in from customers globally (in collaboration with FAE and R&D teams)

Make direct contributions and help develop overall HiRel S&M growth strategies, systems, tools, and processes

Ensure efficient collaboration with other teams through the development of business processes (input, output, RACI, governance, records)

Effectively leverage existing global IT systems supporting marketing roles and activities

Travel expectations: up to 35% of time (domestic and international)

Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:

10+ years of experience in

semiconductor marketing , systems, or applications management roles

Experience growing and managing large businesses

Good understanding of

Profit and Loss (P&L)

financial statement

Global business management experience

(ability to operate effectively in a diverse cultural environment)

Process and numbers-oriented individual with a clear focus on execution

Strong track record in

business development and market share growth

Knowledge of

power electronics

Knowledge of

space market and space ecosystem

is preferred

Experience with HiRel type products and markets is also a plus

Strong team management experience (managing a team size of 10 individuals or more, including remote management)

Superior communication skills: ability to listen to new ideas with an open mind, and a team player who can work across organizational boundaries

Great sense of ownership and personal accountability for results

Success and ability to operate legally and ethically is required

Wage range for qualified candidates by location: Leominster, Andover, MA: 197,400 – 271,500 USD; El Segundo, CA & Dallas, TX: 220,900 – 303,700 USD. All employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
