About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our growing team at CCRM Fertility. You will be part of a mission-driven, physician-led network that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients at every stage of their fertility journey with the support of a best-in-class clinical and laboratory team. Occasional weekend and holiday coverage is required to ensure comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized, high-quality care across the full spectrum of reproductive medicine and surgery Perform fertility treatments and procedures including IVF, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and IUIs Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and clinical staff to support optimal outcomes Educate patients with compassion and clarity throughout the fertility treatment process Contribute to clinical quality and patient experience initiatives Maintain timely documentation and uphold patient confidentiality and professional standards Why Choose CCRM Fertility

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Completion or near completion of an ACGME-accredited REI fellowship (current fellows are encouraged to apply) Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills Deep commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
