Responsibilities

Funnel Ownership & Experimentation

– Map, own, and optimize both PLG and enterprise lifecycles—from initial trial or product activation to enterprise qualification and upsell. Design, run, and analyze tests (A/B, pricing, activation flows, campaign variants) to optimize conversion at every stage. Platform & Tools Expertise

– Operate and optimize GTM stack tools like HubSpot (including marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring) and Salesforce, ensuring smooth handoffs and data hygiene across teams. Leverage analytics, dashboards, and reports to surface insights and track motion-specific metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Work with Product Marketing, Content and Product teams to align messaging, prioritize features for growth, and develop go-to-market experiments. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to define funnels, service levels, and conversion paths across enterprise motions. Data-Driven Decision Making

– Dive into funnel metrics, cohort retention, usage patterns, demo-trial conversion, and expansion signals; build dashboards, contribute to growth roadmaps, and recommend data-backed growth levers. Develop and execute campaigns across digital, email, and events that drive product engagement, pipeline generation, and account creation. Support both bottom-up (self-serve PLG) and top-down (enterprise ABM or demand-gen) GTM motions, adapting to evolving segment strategies. PMM or Product Experience

– If you come from product marketing or product management, you’ll help refine user messaging, UX for trials, and onboarding flows to boost activation and self-serve adoption. What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications: 4–7 years in Growth Marketing or GTM execution in B2B SaaS, with hands-on experimentation and funnel optimization in both PLG and enterprise contexts. Proven operational experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, managing campaigns, segments, and lifecycle workflows. Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau) to pull insights and iterate. Experience designing and executing experiments (A/B testing, funnel variations, pricing). Excellent communicator with experience collaborating closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in Product Marketing (PMM) or Product Management—especially helping shape messaging, onboarding, or user journey. Experience in PLG SaaS environments, especially for customer acquisition and conversion. Familiarity with ABM platforms or enterprise demand-gen tactics (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
