The Brand Lead Dermatology - Hidradenitis Suppurativa is a key leader on the Immunology HCP Marketing team and is accountable for shaping strategy and defining the integrated executional HCP Promotional plans for the planned launch of assets in Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). This remit includes market research strategy refinement, branded creative campaign development, HCP relationship building, pre and post launch planning, and team leadership. Who you’ll work with
Partner closely with sales organization to ensure the effective execution of brand strategy. Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to shape strategy and launch tactics compliantly. Maintain ongoing professional relationships with key HCPs & medical societies, to support brand credibility and influence. Actively engage with these stakeholder groups at medical congresses to gather insights, strengthen partnerships, and reinforce brand presence. What you’ll do
Lead the HCP strategy for assets in HS across the buying cycle journey (awareness-consideration-trial-adoption), within the commercial levers of HCP Activation through to HCP Experience/Support. Facilitate ongoing cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Patient Marketing, and Market Access leads to ensure strategic alignment, optimize execution, and drive performance against forecasted objectives. Accountable for development of HCP positioning, value proposition, claims, creative campaign(s) development, omnichannel efforts, integrated communication plans (including channel mix / media planning) and measurement for all HCP initiatives. Gather and leverage insights to build, execute, and refine strategy as well as shape go-to-market plans related to HS HCP activation and engagement both pre and post launch. Direct the development of HCP promotional materials, content, selling materials, and digital initiatives inclusive of review committee (material approval) process. Ongoing collaboration with Business Analytics & Insights partners to develop the appropriate KPIs and metrics to successfully track brand and initiative performance. Lead competitive intelligence efforts by synthesizing market insights and proactively anticipating shifts in market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. Lead annual brand planning & Budget Management. AOR and key 3rd party vendor management Education, experience and skills
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience including 5+ years pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience Preferred Requirements: MBA preferred Dermatology and/or biologic marketing experience a plus Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Pharmaceutical Regulations, and Compliance Guidelines to ensure the compliant pull through of all initiatives Demonstrated evidence of proactively identifying issues and opportunities, making appropriate recommendations, and/or taking appropriate action, and gaining alignment to execute/get things done Ability to lead and work effectively across multiple functions, stakeholders, and partners Ability to deliver presentations to groups of all sizes Excellent written and communication skills Agile learner and solutions oriented Strong interdependent partnerships, collaboration, influence & negotiation skills are required Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to successfully execute complex initiatives Prior experience managing agencies of record to deliver tactical plans on time and on budget Written and oral presentation skills Influence across the internal matrix to drive change and gain stakeholder support Internal applicants should be in their current job for at least 12 months, must meet performance standards and are not on formal corrective/disciplinary process (PIP), warning, final warning, or compliance warning letters within the last 12 months.
