The Clinic Practice Manager will oversee the operations, performance, and strategic growth of several oncology clinics, including: Lung/Head & Neck Melanoma Sarcoma Ortho Onc CVTS Onc Derm Nurse Triage Redbird Oncology Clinic Redbird Infusion This leader will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a superior patient experience across all sites. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams across multiple oncology clinics Drive clinic growth, operational optimization, and performance improvement Develop and execute strategic and fiscal plans aligned with hospital goals Foster a collaborative and positive work culture across departments Monitor and elevate quality of care and patient experience metrics Ensure compliance with JCAHO, QOPI, and CoC standards Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and external partners Benefits

Required Education: Master\'s Degree (MBA, MHA or MPH) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 3 years of effective leadership experience in a healthcare environment in a large and complex organization. Preferred The ideal candidate will have an oncology nursing leadership background. Job Duties
Supervision of all staff members according to human resources policies and procedures. Responsible for optimization, growth, performance and financial results of the regional clinical centers. Responsible for strategic and fiscal planning, management, and accounting for all activities regarding the Ambulatory Services clinical capabilities. Develops an efficient and effective collaborative relationship between staff and faculty members, while fostering a positive working relationship. Assures faculty fulfillment of all obligations and responsibilities in patient care, teaching and research, as well as assuring complete compliance with all federal and state regulations and laws. Measures and reports the quality of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Evaluates and recommends investment in technology upgrades associated with the clinical practice specialties, such as: obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedic surgery, diagnostic imaging, oncology services, cardiology services, and adult primary care (family medicine & general internal medicine). Conducts regular skill development activities for practice staff on all aspects of financial, budget, revenue cycle management, operational, managed care and personnel management tasks. Assists in establishing effective benchmarking tools. Provides on-going training on fee schedule development, managed care contracting, appointment and staff scheduling, coding, billing and collection processes, data collection and analysis and reporting requirements. Develops training and continuing education activities based on individual practice needs. Works with practice staff to optimize all leases, equipment purchases, maintenance and vendor contracts. Assists in developing effective systems for purchasing and maintaining practice\'s inventory of office and medical supplies. Provides assistance with establishing effective patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and billing compliance activities. Helps practices integrate systems and programs with UTSW as required. Provides advice on dealing with regulatory and governmental agencies. Works with practice staff to establish effective internal controls. Coordinates with legal and UTSW experts as necessary. Maintains professional affiliations to enhance professional growth and remain current with the latest trends in healthcare; specifically, the delivery of ambulatory care. Arranges appropriate call schedules as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Security and EEO Statement
