Senior Paid Media Manager Focus:

Google Ads + Microsoft Advertising (SEM-first). Meta Ads a plus. Heavy call tracking & attribution. Freshpaint experience ideal. Role Overview You’ll own performance for search-led, phone-driven funnels. This means building, optimizing, driving strategy and scaling Google/Microsoft campaigns while designing reliable conversion architecture—especially for calls. You’ll partner with Account Management, Dev, and Analytics to ensure tracking is airtight, reporting is accurate, and pacing hits plan. Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising across search, PMax, and YouTube (as needed). Meta Ads management is a plus (launch, scale, and test for complementary reach/retargeting). Translate client KPIs (CPL, CVR, call quality) into bidding, budgets, audience/copy tests, and landing page recommendations. Call Tracking, Attribution & Data Integrity

Own call conversion design end-to-end: dynamic number insertion, source-level attribution, UTM governance, and deduping. Implement/maintain tracking via GA4, GTM, and call tracking platforms (e.g., Invoca, CallRail). Freshpaint experience strongly preferred: event schema, identity resolution, and downstream destinations. Partner with Dev to get pixels, tags, and web events deployed correctly; validate via QA before/after launch.

Monitor budgets and pacing daily; run structured optimization sprints (bids, queries, ads, audiences, geo/daypart). Proactively flag anomalies (volume dips, CPC spikes, call quality issues) with clear next-best actions. Maintain “two-sets-of-eyes” QA on all launches and major edits; personally QA high-impact builds/handovers Reporting, Forecasting & Insights Own weekly/monthly performance readouts with actionable insights, testing roadmaps, and next steps. Build/maintain Looker Studio dashboards (or similar) that are accurate, timely, and decision-ready. Produce bottoms-up forecasts and pacing projections; quantify upside scenarios and risks. Qualifications 6–8+ years in performance media at an agency or high-velocity in-house team (healthcare or lead-gen a plus). Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Search/PMax/YouTube). Demonstrated ownership of call tracking and phone-based attribution (Invoca/CallRail or equivalent). Freshpaint (ideal) or other CDP/event pipelines (e.g., Segment) experience. Strong GA4/GTM skills; Looker Studio (or BI) proficiency; Excel/Sheets power user. Comfort with HIPAA-aware workflows and client data handling standards. Excellent client-facing communication, with the ability to distill complexity into clear actions. Nice-to-have: Meta Ads, HubSpot/CRM familiarity, basic SQL, landing page testing tools (VWO/Optimizely). Core Skills SEM strategy & execution (query architecture, ad copy, bidding strategies including tCPA/tROAS). Attribution & measurement for calls and form leads. Data analysis, forecasting, and insight storytelling. Project management, QA rigor, and cross-functional coordination. Presentation and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
