The salary range for this role is from $59,300.00 to $88,300.00. As a trusted partner, you will be delivering high-level administrative support to these VPs to ensure the team has the resources to achieve sales goals. This position requires professionalism and a proactive approach to managing multiple administrative tasks.* Coordinate logistics for meetings and events (in person and virtual) including scheduling, coordinating meals, inviting attendees, booking conference rooms* Schedule CE through QuestTrack system – including sending final report* Ensure activities adhere to corporate Gift and Entertainment guidelines including submission of data to STAR Compliance system, when necessary* Submit BIOs and presentations for MRU approval* Processing of T&E vouchers via our iExpense system* Submit Invoices to Accts Payable for payment processing – track same through completion* Arrange travel via our online booking tool, CWT* Complete broker/dealer firm specific reporting requirements* Order office supplies and promotional items* Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively and professionally with all levels in the organization* Team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite* Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay abreast of rapidly changing information* Ability and willingness to work with change and ambiguity* Must exercise sound judgment, discretion, and always maintain a high level of confidentiality* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; an associate’s, bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years in a related field is a plus.* Familiarity with Prudential enterprise systems and applications is a plus.Prudential Financial, Inc.
