Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services to support diagnosis or treatment for patients of all ages under provider direction.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and protection during imaging; assist with patient flow and rooming as needed.
• Conduct patient registration, verify insurance eligibility, process co-pays, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and provide information to patients about their care.
• Maintain medical records, scan charts, and support front desk operations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, daily controls, QC logs, and preventive maintenance; document equipment calibration and submit repair tickets as needed.

Essential Functions

• Provide x-ray services as needed, applying ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis across patient age groups.
• Ensure correct patient positioning and protection; assist with patient transfers (e.g., wheelchair) as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Work Experience: clinical setting experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) at hire; ARRT registration at hire; state licensure as required by state law at hire.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $43-$55; Bonus eligible up to $600/month.
• Schedule: Two days per week (weekdays only), 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm.
