Position Overview
The Project Executive will oversee all aspects of project management for construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients
- Manage project contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successful project execution in various sectors such as Commercial, Multifamily, and Healthcare
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Nice to have: Experience with Tenant Improvements, K-12, Retail, Warehouse, Mixed Use, and Renovations
