Senior Staff Accountant/Acct Supervisor (Direct Hire) Bakersfield, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional Overtime Required) Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 per year Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional seeking a stable and rewarding career opportunity? Assist with audits and regulatory reporting as needed. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Must have 3+ years of professional staff accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
