  • Collaborate with preconstruction teams to review plans, budgets, and schedules

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including site work

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely execution

  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards

  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and internal teams

  • Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • \n
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
