Your Role:As a Dental Hygienist at TFD-Litchfield, you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You’ll play a vital role in our patient care team, ensuring that every patient receives the time and attention they deserve.

At TFD-Litchfield, we pride ourselves on being unique to our community and the patients we serve. With the support of a practice manager and a highly trained team, you’ll have access to a wealth of resources and expertise from Heartland Dental.
- Work Hours: Mondays: 8am-6pm & Thursdays: 8am-4pm
- Current dental hygienist license in Michigan and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills.
- Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office.
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
