Maintenance Technician - NIGHT SHIFT

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This position requires working night shifts and involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting inspections, and performing repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment and machinery during night shifts.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance best practices.
  • Technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work night shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
