Project Accountant

Overview
Project Accountants support construction projects from start to finish, handling financial reporting, budgeting, and contract compliance under the Controller's guidance.

 

Responsibilities
 

  • Prepare financials and cost reports
  • Manage monthly loan draw packages
  • Track budgets, contracts, and changes
  • Reconcile ledger and resolve issues

 

Qualifications
 

  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2-5 years construction accounting experience
  • Strong Excel and Word proficiency
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, self-motivated
