Overview
Step into Your New Role Our Water Team is seeking an entry level Civil or Environmental Engineer in either our Boston, Massachusetts or Rocky Hill, Connecticut Offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of water resources planning, design and construction projects. We provide solutions to our clients to meet all of their drinking water, wastewater, stormwater needs. You will also work with a team of professionals with expertise in engineering, environmental studies, watershed management, green stormwater technologies, and climate resiliency. The team collaborates in the office and can work from home based on task demands. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and an interest in working in the water resources/infrastructure engineering field.
Qualifications
0-2 years related experience. B.S. or M.S./M.Eng. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field. Engineering-In-Training is a plus, but all motivated individuals are encouraged to apply. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, computer, and technical writing skills. Strong academic background with coursework in water resources, hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental engineering is preferred. AutoCAD and GIS skills preferred; willingness to learn required. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office/home environment.

Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The salary range is provided in accordance with applicable laws. Final compensation is based on qualifications and experience. Salary range: $27.64 hr. - $38.20 hr.
