Consultant Relations Principal - Remote The Consultant Relations Principal is responsible for building trusted, strategic relationships with key consultants and Blues plan partners to enhance Prime’s reputation, broaden market influence, and support profitable sales growth. This role collaborates across internal teams to position Prime’s capabilities and deliver a superior consultant and client experience, resulting in increased RFP activity, improved win rates, and greater account retention. Responsibilities

Network, establish and maintain trusted, strategic partnerships with key customers, including C‑suite executives, to broaden Prime’s market penetration and strengthen Prime’s reputation within the health care community. Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to construct and execute a comprehensive consultant go‑to‑market pipeline and long‑term sales strategy, including development and delivery of the Prime Value story. Develop and execute structured consultant engagement plans, including quarterly meetings, advisory board participation, topical webinars, and distribution of educational materials. Leverage analytics and act with urgency to create and execute strategic plans tailored to a prospect’s market position and business issues. Serve as a subject‑matter bridge, connecting external consultants to Prime’s internal experts and solutions. Partner with Blues plan account teams to enhance local market consultant strategies and support Blues plan business development efforts. Gather consultant and Blues plan feedback to identify market trends and inform Prime’s product development and positioning strategies. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED required. 8 years of related sales and account management experience in healthcare, PBM/specialty pharmacy, health care consulting, health plan or health insurance. Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Additional Qualifications

Effective leadership skills. Effective interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Strong facilitation, presentation, and external relationship management skills, with the ability to translate external insights into internal strategic actions; skilled at managing meetings and listening, with the ability to turn information into concise actions that drive results. Ability to inspire and lead cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results. Ability to develop, execute and attain long‑term goals using strong analytical and critical thinking, proactive bias, and innovation. Ability to build, lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing team that may or may not report directly to this role. Ability to build strong relationships and lead virtual teams within Prime to achieve business objectives. Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other related advanced degree. Experience with the benefits underwriting process. Experience working with Blues plans and consultant engagement strategies. Experience interacting with pharmacy benefits consultants, employee benefits brokerage firms, or national consulting practices. Physical Demands

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, and crouch. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and up to 25 pounds. Potential pay for this position ranges from $124,000.00 – $211,000.00 based on experience and skills.
