Overview Regional Director of Family Engagement, Alpha (Remote) - $200,000/year USD
Base pay range: $100.00/hr - $100.00/hr. This role is for a campus-focused advocate to drive enrollment and build lasting relationships in local communities while supporting Alpha’s educational model.
What You Will Be Doing
Masterfully orchestrate the complete enrollment journey—from initial curiosity to waitlist placement Create and lead magnetic information sessions that transform interested parents into Alpha champions Immerse yourself in your local community through strategic event participation and relationship building Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with community leaders and organizations Provide data-driven insights on community engagement, conversion metrics, and growth opportunities What You Won’t Be Doing
Following cookie-cutter sales playbooks or surface-level engagement strategies Compromising Alpha\'s high standards to boost enrollment numbers Taking a hands-off approach to community relationships Managing enrollment from behind a computer screen—this is a high-touch, community-focused role Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a robust 150+ student waitlist through strategic community engagement, authentic relationship building, and unwavering commitment to Alpha\'s educational vision. Basic Requirements
Local residence near one of our campus locations (Scottsdale, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, New York City, or Austin) U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available) Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in educational outreach, family engagement, or enrollment management Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal Demonstrated track record of building trust and facilitating complex decisions Genuine enthusiasm for Alpha\'s innovative, accelerated learning approach About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. They aim to create a new paradigm where students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing up time for hands-on, passion-driven learning that prepares students for the real world. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
