is seeking a driven and energetic
General Sales Manager
to lead our studio's membership growth, sales performance, and community presence. This is more than just a sales job—it's a leadership opportunity for someone passionate about fitness, team development, and building meaningful relationships within the local wellness community. This role requires prior experience in closing membership, fitness, spa, or wellness sales.

Own and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach, in-studio consultations, and follow-up. Manage daily operations, ensuring the studio is clean, welcoming, and efficient. Hire, train, and coach front desk and coaching staff to deliver a best-in-class member experience. Track KPIs and manage budgets to ensure strong studio performance and profitability. Team Development
Lead weekly team meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions to drive performance and accountability. Train team members on consultative sales techniques, retention best practices, and exceptional service. Cultivate a positive, driven, and collaborative studio culture. Community Engagement & Marketing
Plan and execute local marketing efforts, such as pop-up workouts, open houses, and brand partnerships. Build strategic relationships with nearby businesses, apartment complexes, and wellness professionals. Host events and activations to generate leads and enhance member retention. Member Experience & Retention
Develop weekly in-studio touchpoints and events that celebrate member milestones and drive engagement. Implement recognition programs like Member of the Month, InBody challenges, and referral contests. Actively gather and respond to member feedback to continuously improve the member journey. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create engaging content that showcases studio culture. Feature movement demos, member highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and local partnerships. Boost online engagement with social contests, challenges, and interactive posts. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, or spa sales must include membership or package closing experience. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Leadership experience in managing a team and studio or retail environment. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Strong organization and time management abilities. Comfortable with social media tools like Instagram, TikTok, and digital content collaboration. Passionate about fitness and improving the lives of others. Bachelors' degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus. Lead a growing studio under the Body Fit Training and Xponential Fitness network.
