We’re seeking a
world-class Performance Marketing Manager
to drive user acquisition and revenue growth through paid media. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a deeply analytical growth marketer obsessed with results, testing velocity, and scale. Own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition across multiple channels—Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok, and emerging platforms—with the singular goal of driving scalable, profitable customer acquisition for Creatify’s self-serve and enterprise offerings. Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Architect and scale a full-funnel paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic, and more.
Build, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns that drive efficient growth (CAC, LTV/CAC, ROAS).
Craft precise audience segmentation and targeting logic to drive maximum conversion and personalization.
Lead creative briefing for static and video ads, collaborating with internal teams to iterate high-performing assets rapidly.
Data-Driven Optimization
Own experimentation roadmap—test headlines, creatives, offers, landing pages, and channels to unlock growth.
Analyze and optimize performance daily using first-party data, attribution models, and blended ROAS metrics.
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, Segment, and platform-native dashboards to derive insights and refine strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with content, design, product, and sales teams to ensure full-funnel alignment and narrative consistency.
Collaborate with product marketing and lifecycle teams to enhance retention and increase CLTV of acquired users.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Own paid growth forecast models, pacing, and budget allocation across channels.
Regularly report on acquisition performance to executive leadership with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
5–8+ years
of hands-on experience running and scaling paid performance campaigns at high-growth B2B SaaS or consumer tech companies.
Expertise with
Meta Ads ,
Google Search & YouTube , and
LinkedIn Ads . Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads and programmatic.
Proven track record of managing
$500k–$5M+ annual paid media budgets
and achieving ROAS/CAC goals.
Strong knowledge of attribution models, event-based tracking, and pixels/conversion APIs (GA4, Meta CAPI, Segment).
Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets, Looker, or SQL for slicing campaign data and building models.
Experience launching international, language-localized campaigns a plus.
Exceptional copywriting instincts and taste in performance creative that converts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup—bias for action, no ego, full accountability.
What Success Looks Like
Lower CAC and increase qualified leads and enterprise demo requests within 90 days.
Systematically uncover winning creative formulas and audience segments through rigorous testing.
Own Creatify’s acquisition engine and evolve it into a self-optimizing, compounding growth loop.
Bonus Skills
Experience marketing an AI product or growth tools for marketers.
Background in performance creative testing for video (UGC, talking-head, animated).
Familiarity with CRM and funnel tools: HubSpot, Apollo, Retool, or similar.
