Monadnock Family Services is seeking a reliable and versatile
Custodial & Maintenance Technician
to help keep our facilities clean, safe, and operational. This hands-on position combines custodial responsibilities with basic maintenance, minor repairs, and seasonal groundskeeping.
What You'll Do
Perform daily custodial tasks: cleaning restrooms, floors, and common areas; emptying trash; and restocking supplies. Complete basic maintenance and repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting). Assist with groundskeeping, snow removal, and seasonal cleanup. Support furniture setups, interoffice moves, and agency vehicle upkeep. Ensure safe practices and respond to facility needs as they arise. Requirements
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years custodial or maintenance experience preferred (will train the right candidate). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, climbing). Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or with a team.
