Adecco is hiring Assemblers in Sealy, TX. The Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to company standards, work instructions, and quality requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams to assemble parts and products. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components safely and efficiently. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, reporting any defects or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Meet daily production targets while ensuring product quality and consistency. Assist in training new team members as needed. Follow all safety procedures and immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance. Standing for extended periods (8 to 12-hour shifts) is required. Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, climbing, and reaching overhead. Repetitive hand and arm movements and manual handling of parts and tools. Must be comfortable working near loud machinery, metal debris, and temperature variations. Requires safe operation of mechanical and hydraulic equipment. PPE (steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat) must be worn at all times. Requires physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Pay Details:
$16.00 to $17.00 per hour
