Summary /Objective We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Development Assistant to support our growing swim category, including goggles, swim caps, gear bags, and related items. This role will play a key part in the development lifecycle—from initial concept through production handoff—helping ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products that meet design intent and brand standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, sales, marketing, and overseas factories to manage samples, specs, line lists, and packaging. Maintain and update style master files and development charts by season. Prepare and execute seasonal line hand-offs to the production team. Track product development status via organized charts and progress reports, shared with internal teams (e.g., Approve development and production samples in conjunction with the design team. Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional communication simultaneously. Passion for product development and interest in swimwear, performance gear, or active lifestyle industries. Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field preferred. ~1–3 years of experience in product development, production coordination, or a similar role.
