Production Manager (Food & Beverage)
Salary: Up to $115k + 10%  bonus
Location/Schedule: 1st shift role Mon-Fri (occasional weekends during busy season)
Requirements: 5+ years of production leadership within the food and beverage industry + GMP  + solid understanding of lean methodologies

Compensation: Up to $115k + bonus
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri (1st shift)

• Oversee 3 shift lead supervisors with 10-15 employees under each shift supervisor.
• Efficiently manage production, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherenc.e
• Enforce safety rules and ensure adherence to labor regulations
• Oversee inventory and scheduling
• Develop policies for efficiency and guide team members for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with QA
• Manage training and support employees
• Handle wastewater management

5+ years of Production Supervisory/Management experien&B indhin the F&B industry, in addition to:

• Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Continuous Improvement
• Lean Manufacturing/5S methodologies
• Root Cause Analysis
• Kaizen
• Proven track record of turning around under performing teams/employees

Bonus points if you have experience in plants that manufacture any of the following: tortillas, chips, baked goods
