About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Manufacturing Operations to play a pivotal role in the transition from a clinical-stage to a commercial manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing manufacturing and supply chain team, ensuring that the end-to-end supply chain is optimized to meet global commercial product demand. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in the late-stage program environment. The VP will be a key partner in the commercial launch of the company's lead product and will work closely with internal and external teams to foster continuous process improvement and meet regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a BA or BS in life sciences, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. A strong background in drug development, particularly with monoclonal antibodies or related fields, is also preferred. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to influence and deliver results in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational, regulatory, strategic, and quality aspects of the industry, and a proven ability to lead late-stage programs. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, and the development of operational processes to support continuous improvement.
