Remote Construction Project Manager – Exciting Growth Opportunity Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on high-impact projects with a leading construction company? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and play a key role in a major biopharmaceutical expansion project and beyond. Work remotely while leading complex, multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects. Start with a high-profile project on an Airforce base in Montana (approx. 4 months), then transition to exciting projects across the mid-Atlantic region. All travel is fully expensed, with travel to Montana required just 2–3 times between September and January. Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure successful, on-time delivery. Create and oversee purchase orders and subcontractor agreements. Utilize Procore and MS Project to drive project efficiency and collaboration. Lead projects valued at over $2 million, with a preference for experience in school or modular building construction. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. ~ Proficiency with MS Project and Procore. ~ Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation. ~ Experience with large-scale projects; background in school or modular construction is a plus.
