Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on high-impact projects with a leading construction company? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and play a key role in a major biopharmaceutical expansion project and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
• Create and oversee purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
• Utilize Procore and MS Project to drive project efficiency and collaboration.
• Lead projects valued at over $2 million, with a preference for experience in school or modular building construction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Procore.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Experience with large-scale projects; background in school or modular construction is a plus.
