We're building a platform that reimagines how people discover and access healthcare. Our mission is to empower patients with transparency, trust, and personalized care. As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Growth, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the systems that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where engineering meets product, design, and data. You'll work across the stack to build fast, intuitive experiences and the infrastructure that powers experimentation, attribution, and scalable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship full-stack features that improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Maintain clean, reliable server-side event forwarding and a consistent event schema across platforms.
  • Strengthen identity and attribution systems across domains, ensuring durable tracking and UTM governance.
  • Collaborate with design to create high-performance landing pages and micro-tools that capture user intent.
  • Partner with product and data teams to identify growth opportunities and run rapid experiments and A/B tests.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience building production web software with measurable business impact.
  • Full-stack fluency: Strong backend and infrastructure skills (APIs, auth, cookies, with frontend capabilities to extend design systems and build landing pages.
  • Skilled in instrumentation: event design, tag management, server-side forwarding, and experiment wiring.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data, and sitemaps.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python.
  • Strong product sense: Able to turn ambiguous growth ideas into minimal, testable releases.
  • Familiar with GTM, ad pixels, and Google Analytics for integration and QA.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with mobile growth: deep linking, install attribution, and web↔app journeys.
  • Rigor in experimentation: understands power analysis, guardrails, and pitfalls of sequential testing.
  • Attribution literacy: familiarity with multi-touch attribution or MMM and their trade-offs.
  • Automation mindset: has built tools to streamline campaign hygiene, enforce taxonomy, or improve data QA.
