Job Title: Estimator Sitework

Key Responsibilities:

• CAD Software Expertise: Proficient with tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, MicroStation, and Agtek (earthwork takeoffs).
• Plan Analysis: Ability to review plans and CAD files, interpret grading, drainage, and site layout, and extract quantities.
• Quantity Takeoffs: Accurately calculate materials including pipe, curb & gutter, and earthwork.
• Problem Solving: Apply analytical skills to ensure calculations are precise and align with industry standards.
• Support Role: Assist senior estimators with bid document preparation, design clarifications, and cost estimate development.
• Learning & Growth: Commit to developing advanced estimating skills over time, eventually taking ownership of estimates.
