Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects within the steel mill industry, specifically focusing on central utility and facility construction. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment and adherence to specifications.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Lead project meetings and documentation to track progress and maintain accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in steel mill construction and facility projects.
- Strong understanding of central utility systems and their integration within construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
