Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, design-build, and commercial construction, with a strong focus on project scheduling and contract management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Oversee bid processes and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Manage change orders and project modifications
- Prepare and present project updates to management and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and industrial construction practices
- Experience with project management software such as Procore
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and cost management techniques
- Familiarity with electrical systems and NEC regulations is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred
