Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies, particularly ground-up projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
