🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of electrical and low-voltage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and documentation
  • Oversee financial performance including forecasts, cash flow, and profitability
  • Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Implement and enforce safety, quality control, and compliance programs
  • Mentor and develop project management team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction
  • Experience managing union electrical projects over $60M , including OSHPD, Design-Build , and Lean/IFOA delivery
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, scheduling, contracts, and construction means & methods
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
  • Experience with Accubid (Classic or Enterprise), MS Project, Word, Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
  • PE license or certifications a plus
