The company develops, builds, owns & operates anaerobic digestion facilities, specializing in Waste-to-Energy across the Agricultural, Waste Water and Food Manufacturing market segments. Title: Associate / Sr Associate Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will oversee the completion of infrastructure projects from design phase through to operations. Key Responsibilities Generate project specific risk assessment as it pertains to overall viability of the proposed development & engineering plans. Support interdepartmental communication. (ie. Development, Engineering, Procurement, etc) Assist the Preconstruction Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing potential construction projects. Support the Preconstruction Project Manager with their reporting and perform all Preconstruction meeting administration activities. Actively manage internal requests to Preconstruction, from the Development Associates to support all Permitting efforts. Manage Project Design and Engineering Schedules, Geotech requests and Layout drafting Perform proper change management documentation to ensure timely and efficient delivery of work products to the Executive Team. Collaborate with development, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain excellent working relationships and schedule execution within the project budget parameters. Conduct site visits of predeveloped projects (once per month on average) and create Field Observation & Existing Conditions Reports.
