A well established and respected architecture, engineering, and construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its Civil/Site Engineering team. This role involves the design and plan production of projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sectors nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil engineering design efforts from project inception through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and cost controls.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
- Review design calculations and plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Assist in preparing permit applications for relevant agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant project experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including 3D surface and pipe design.
- Solid understanding of design standards and production procedures.
- Familiarity with tools such as PondPack, Hydroflow, HEC-RAS, XP-SWMM, and ICM is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
