Currently seeking a qualified and entrepreneurial-minded Civil Engineering Project Manager to join a well known engineering team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values autonomy, and is committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and industrial land development civil engineering projects
• Coordinate with technical staff, subcontractors, and consultants
• Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D for design and drafting
• Perform site planning and civil engineering design
• Design stormwater detention and sewer systems using specialized software
• Manage permitting processes with various regulatory agencies
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Support training and development of technical and operational staff
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Organize and manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Qualifications

• Professional licensure preferred (PE)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in land development civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and land development practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from inception to completion
• Strong organizational and communication skills
