Job Summary:
This role supports general accounting functions for multiple business units, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The position follows an early shift schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post journal entries and prepare account reconciliations
  • Analyze variances and assist with monthly/quarterly close
  • Resolve intercompany discrepancies
  • Support internal/external audit requests
  • Respond to questions about accounting systems and processes
  • Maintain compliance and accurate financial records
  • Primarily onsite role with limited remote flexibility
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or working toward a degree
  • 1+ year of accounting experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (macros a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $53,999.00 per year
