Key Responsibilities:
- Post journal entries and prepare account reconciliations
- Analyze variances and assist with monthly/quarterly close
- Resolve intercompany discrepancies
- Support internal/external audit requests
- Respond to questions about accounting systems and processes
- Maintain compliance and accurate financial records
- Primarily onsite role with limited remote flexibility
- Associate degree or working toward a degree
- 1+ year of accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills (macros a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
