Sr. Technical Program Manager, Workforce Solutions
As the Sr. Technical Program Manager in Workforce Solutions, you will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on planning, forecasting, and development optimization across Amazon. You will collaborate on and execute multi-year roadmaps impacting technology-enabled recruitment processes for Amazon. Work with engineering, product management, operations, legal, etc. to deliver the PXT tech solutions globally Manage complex cross team programs from ideation to delivery Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks, managing tradeoffs, and eliminating blockers Participate in architectural decisions, surfacing and mitigating technical risks, driving complex integrations with internal and 3rd party solutions, retiring technical debt, and identifying opportunity to create operational efficiencies Set and embody the team culture and standards consistent with Amazon’s leadership principals Drive alignment with leadership in recruiting and partner tech teams Have an understanding of customer needs and use that knowledge to advocate for, and drive delivery of, improvements that drive on time product delivery Have a complete understanding (inclusive of the strategic context) of internal and external variables that impact your business. This includes owning forecasting, analyzing, understanding, and reporting on the business About the Team

5+ years of technical product or program management experience 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience 3+ years of software development experience 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Experience using data to influence business decisions Preferred Qualifications
