What You'll Do
We are seeking a transformative
Director of Agentic AI Automation
to lead the evolution of our last-mile operations from a reactive state to a
proactive, self-healing system . This role will define and execute the vision for agent-based automation that anticipates, prevents, and autonomously resolves disruptions—improving reliability and reducing manual intervention across Spark delivery operations. Own the strategic vision for agentic automation across the last-mile delivery lifecycle. Architect and oversee self-healing systems that proactively monitor, detect and resolve delivery exceptions. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Ops to build and scale real-time automation agents. Drive the roadmap for exception prediction, triage automation, and agent/human orchestration. Define long-term goals for autonomy, speed-to-resolution, and exception avoidance. Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience leading automation, ML, or intelligent systems programs. Deep understanding of last-mile operations, fulfillment systems, or marketplace logistics. Experience working with engineering and data teams to build production AI systems. Excellent communication and strategy development skills. Proven leadership across large-scale, cross-functional programs. Preferred Qualifications
10+ years in platform or systems leadership roles, with at least 2 years in AI/agentic automation. Background in exception handling frameworks, operational resiliency, or reliability. Strong grasp of AI orchestration concepts (agent, human, and tooling integration). Track record of delivering measurable gains in automation, speed, and ops efficiency. Benefits
