Director, Supply Chain Network Analytics & Optimization The Director of Supply Chain Network Analytics & Optimization is responsible for enterprise-wide supply chain reporting, analytics, and network design to enable data-driven decision making. This role oversees performance scorecards, customized dashboards, network modeling, inventory and fulfillment optimization, capacity planning, and packaging/automation ROI reporting. The Director partners across operations, finance, and IT to optimize service, cost, and scalability. This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL offices with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, or within distance of any of our Distribution Centers: Cranbury, NJ Naperville, IL Newton, NC Romeoville, IL Tracy, CA Wilmer, TX A day in the life as a
Director, Supply Chain Network Analytics & Optimization : Lead supply chain analytics and reporting, including enterprise dashboards and performance scorecards Design and govern customized reporting tools, business applications, and decision support systems Model distribution network scenarios to optimize cost, service, and growth scalability. Drive inventory health and fulfillment optimization to maximize turns and reduce obsolescence Oversee capacity and labor planning across DCs, final mile, and seasonal peak operations Partner with IT/Business Systems to enhance WMS, LMS, and TMS reporting capabilities Build predictive analytics and scenario modeling tools for leadership decision making Develop and manage a high-performing analytics and optimization team What you’ll bring to the table… Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in supply chain data modeling Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) Knowledge of supply chain systems (WMS, LMS, TMS) and data integration best practices Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives We’d love to hear from you if you have… 10+ years in supply chain operations, analytics, network design, or strategy roles Proven expertise in optimization modeling, inventory/fulfillment analytics, and capacity planning Experience creating and managing business dashboards, reporting suites, and analytics tools Background in packaging/automation ROI measurement and supply chain cost-to-serve analysis Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or related field, preferred Minimum Starting Rate:
$160,000.00 Annually
Up to:
$200,000.00 Hourly Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
