We’re seeking a Team Lead to join our Wireless division, managing a high-performing team focused on our largest wireless partners and a flagship brand within the consumer electronics portfolio. This role combines leadership, strategic account management, and consultative sales to drive business growth and deepen client relationships. What you'll do
Build and manage relationships with executive-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and partners, leading cross-functional teams to deliver client success. Drive revenue by planning and achieving annual growth goals, presenting Walmart’s advertising solutions to meet client objectives. Deliver forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that uncover high-impact opportunities. Act as the face of a high-profile account, collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership and internal stakeholders. Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve performance goals while fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Travel up to 25% to meet with brand teams, agencies, shopper marketing teams, and wireless merchants. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of quota-carrying digital sales experience. Proven team management experience, including leadership of senior-level direct reports. Strong expertise in digital media solutions — ideally across paid search, programmatic, and CTV. A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach with a track record of building and growing executive-level relationships. Demonstrated success in negotiation and partnership development with enterprise-level clients. Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to influence at the CMO level. A “yes, and…” mindset — resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguity while driving incremental growth. Executive presence and experience developing high-level content and leading strategic meetings. Prior experience in a fast-paced sales, startup, or online advertising environment preferred. Benefits
