Senior Accountant/Program Control Analyst-Costpoint

Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant / Program Control Analyst. This role will play a key part in supporting financial management and program control activities, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Responsibilities

Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Support project set-up and maintenance within Costpoint. Prepare and review cost allocations and ensure proper charge distribution. Provide audit support, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests. Partner with program management to provide financial analysis and program control support. Assist with process improvements and compliance initiatives as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Costpoint experience required. Program control experience required. Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and cost allocations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
