Senior Executive Assistant
to work onsite in San Diego, Ca. The
Senior Executive Assistant
will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and CFO of Inseego. This position directly supports the core functions of running a public company, including Board of Directors support, investor and analyst engagement, and coordination with external stakeholders such as investment bankers, auditors, customers, and partners. The Senior Executive Assistant will proactively manage complex calendars, oversee confidential communications, and ensure executive readiness for both internal and public-facing responsibilities. This senior-level role is crucial to the seamless operation of the executive office and requires a strong business acumen and exceptional organizational, communication, and judgment skills. The ideal candidate will manage highly confidential and market-sensitive matters with discretion, while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities: Executive & Board Support Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and CFO. Manage dynamic and complex calendars, scheduling confidential and sensitive meetings with executives, Board members, bankers, auditors, and partners. Prepare, review, and distribute Board materials, committee packets, and briefing documents. Ensure executives are prepared for all meetings, calls, and events. Act as a liaison between executives and institutional investors, Wall Street analysts, and investment bankers. Manage scheduling and logistics for earnings calls, investor conferences, shareholder meetings, and non-deal roadshows. Partner with Investor Relations to coordinate executive participation in market-facing events. Maintain confidentiality of material non-public information (MNPI) at all times. Draft, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence, reports, investor decks, and presentations. Handle inquiries from Board members, investors, analysts, and customers with professionalism. Ensure internal and external communications align with company tone and strategic objectives. Event, Travel & Expense Management Plan and coordinate high-profile meetings, corporate events, and external appearances. Oversee all travel logistics for executives, including international itineraries, investor/customer events, and public engagements. Manage expense reports, budgets, and reconciliations in compliance with company policy. Project & Confidentiality Management
· Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives. Track action items and deadlines, ensuring accountability across teams. Maintain strict confidentiality in handling executive-level, financial, and regulatory information. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7–10 years supporting C-level executives in a public company environment. Proven experience supporting both CEO and CFO functions strongly preferred. Familiarity with SEC filings, corporate governance, investor relations protocols, and public company regulatory practices. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint). Experience with Concur or similar travel/expense management platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit Board- and investor-level documents. Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
