Pharmacy Director of Operations – 503A Compounding | Stockton, CA

Are you a licensed California Pharmacist ready to step into leadership? We’re hiring a Director of Operations for a 503A compounding pharmacy in Stockton, CA. This role offers the chance to lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency in both sterile and non-sterile compounding.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations & compounding
• Ensure compliance with CA Board of Pharmacy, USP //, and DEA standards
• Lead, mentor, and schedule pharmacists, techs, and support staff
• Optimize workflow, inventory, and cost control

What you need:

• Active California Pharmacist License (PharmD or equivalent)
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, including 2+ in compounding
• Proven leadership in managing pharmacy staff & operations

Preferred:

• Experience in a 503A pharmacy setting
• Strong regulatory & compliance background
