What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the financial performance and the timely execution of Mechanical projects, to include:
- Assisting Account Managers with scope development, and fundamental design for turnkey projects
- Development of Sub-Contractor scope of work documentation.
- Materials Specification, Ordering, Tracking, and Installation support.
- Schedule and manage start-up, installation, and commissioning.
- Responsible for all Project Related and Customer Required Documentation
- Oversee and manage the change order process of the project.
- Manage project closeout to completion
What You Need for this Position
A related bachelors degree is preferred and at least 5 year of experience/knowledge of:
- Experience working for a mechanical contractor, engineering firm or construction manager
- Construction projects such as HVAC, plumbing and fire protection
- History working on commercial, healthcare and / or industrial projects as a mechanical contractor is preferred
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.), MS Project software and other relevant construction software
