Lead Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive our affordable housing and mixed-use construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring that all objectives are met to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of multi-family construction processes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular project reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, focusing on affordable housing and multi-family projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing mixed-use construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
