Salary: $100k-140k

Requirements: 5+ Years of civil construction and estimating experience. A background in earthwork, land development, underground utilities, and roadway design/construction. Agtek, HCSS Heavybid, and Bluebeam experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of civil engineering projects, particularly in earthwork, roadway construction, and land development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee project execution and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Utilize software tools such as AGTEK, HCSS, and HeavyBid for estimating tasks.
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify key project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary data for estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil estimation and project management.
  • Proficient in estimating software including AGTEK, HCSS, and HeavyBid.
  • Experience with project management tools like Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Strong understanding of earthwork, underground utilities, and roadway construction.
