A leading engineering and design firm is seeking a Site / Civil Project Manager to join its collaborative team in Las Vegas, NV . This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate the planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure projects across diverse sectors including healthcare, education, logistics, retail, mixed-use, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, feasibility studies, and stormwater management documentation.
• Provide expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic design, SWPPP preparation, and water quality compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, supporting professional development and team growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to support business development and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in site/civil land development.
• Strong understanding of local land use regulations and permitting processes.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in client development and proposal writing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and meetings.
